What is the appropriate installation distance for the speed bump during construction?

The number of speed bumps installed depends on the width of the road. Generally, there is more than 50 cm of space at both ends of the speed bump (used for the backflow of non-motorized vehicle lanes). If the space left at both ends is large, it is easy for motor vehicles to bypass. It is safe, so the number of speed bumps installed is one meter less than the width of the road.

General installation method: It is more convenient to install. Usually, the standard block arbitrary combination method and advanced "internal expansion anchoring technology" are used to firmly fix it on the ground with screws. The installation is firm, stable and reliable, and it will not loosen when the vehicle hits.

Installation of speed bumps on asphalt roads:
1. Arrange the speed bumps in a straight line (black and yellow), and place a semicircle end at each end.
2. Use an impact drill to install a 10MM drill bit and drill vertically in each installation hole of the speed bump with a depth of 150MM.
3. Insert a long nail with a length of 150MM and a diameter of 12MM to fix it.

Installation of speed bumps on concrete pavement:
1. Arrange the speed bumps in a straight line (black and yellow), and place a semicircle end at each end.
2. Use an impact drill to install 14 drill bits vertically in each installation hole of the speed bump with a depth of 150MM.
3. Insert 120mm long and 10mm diameter expansion bolts, and tighten them with a 17 hexagon wrench.

Function: Remind the driver to slow down. When the car passes by, it has the function of silencing and replying to prevent traffic accidents from happening if the brakes are not braked in time. Some speed bumps are also inlaid with reflectors, which will reflect bright red or green light at night, which can attract the attention of drivers, reduce vehicle speed, and improve safety.
