The production of traffic signs includes the production of signs and columns. The signs also include the production of sign substrates, text and pattern production, and reflective film pasting. The production of sign columns includes blanking, welding, hot-dip galvanizing and other processes.

1. Material selection:
High-quality aluminum alloy plate, imported high-quality reflective film. According to the national standard size or the special needs of customers, the aluminum plate and the reflective film are cut. Wash the aluminum plate, polish the aluminum plate with a white clean cloth to make the surface of the aluminum plate rough, wash it with water and then dry it. Use a hydraulic press to stick the reflective film on the cleaned aluminum plate for use, computer typesetting patterns and text, and use a computer engraving machine to directly print pictures and text on the reflective film.

2. Pattern silk screen:
Scrape the special ink for reflective film evenly on the reflective film, paste the edge lines and trim the edges. The engraved pattern and silk-screened pattern are pressed and attached to the aluminum plate of the base film with a squeegee to form. The production site is mainly clean and dust-free. There are many kinds of materials for the signs, most of which are made of aluminum alloys, which are widely used because of their light weight and corrosion resistance. Another material is stainless steel.

3. Basic regulations for the production of traffic signs:
It should be comprehensively considered and the layout should be reasonable to prevent the phenomenon of insufficient or overloaded information. Information should be continuous, and important information should be repeated. Under normal circumstances, it should be set on the right side of the road direction or above the roadway, and it can also be set on the left side according to the specific situation, or set on both sides at the same time.

To ensure visibility, if more than two signs need to be set at the same location, they can be installed on one support structure, but should not exceed four. Separately set signs shall first satisfy the setting space for prohibition, instruction and warning signs. In principle, the juxtaposition of different kinds of signs should be avoided. Warning signs should not be set up too much. When more than two warning signs need to be set at the same location, in principle, only one of the required warning signs should be set.
